Earlier this year, my husband Toby and I had the great pleasure of working with Mr. Bob LaCour as our realtor for our house hunting adventure. From the moment we met Bob, it was clear that his professionalism and expertise in the area of realty and home purchasing was head and shoulders above other people in this field. Throughout the entire process, he made us feel that we were a priority to him. He was incredibly easy to get in touch with and always responded to our questions or concerns immediately and thoroughly. Bob has background expertise in construction and materials, adding to his expert knowledge.

One of the best things about Bob is his personable, jovial manner. House hunting can be a long and grueling task and rarely can you accomplish finding a home in one or two afternoons. Bob was patient and invested in our search. Often accompanied by his lovely wife Maria, the two are a fantastic and supportive pair. By the time we found our home (and yes it was our dream home), Toby and I felt as though we had made lifelong friends in Bob and Maria. Bob made sure that we secured a wonderful home, within our budget, and without sacrificing those things that we really desired in a home.

Just wanted to thank you for recommending Bob to us.  
 
He was a fantastic buyer's agent for us.  He was very patient, did lots of homework on our behalf, and made himself very available to show us houses so that we could find a house fast, especially after we had sold our house.  He pointed out potential problem areas for us to consider and gave us sound advice at every opportunity.
 
He was also very good during the negotiations.  We would certainly have paid much more for our house were it not for Bob's excellent negotiating skills.
 
We also appreciated his principled approach to avoid dual agency.
 
We were very pleased with the whole process regarding Bob's involvement, and we'll definitely recommend him and Keller Williams to others.
